Dorchester Academy near Midway, Georgia is a historic site. The Dorchester Academy Boys' Dormitory on the site was built in 1935, was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1986,〔 and was declared a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 2006.〔 The dormitory historic site is significant for its association with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference's Citizen Education Program.
